Originally developed with Cass Business School (then City University) Career Ladder is a proven tool, developed and used by psychologists over 10 years, that has helped thousands of people of all ages and nationalities, from school leavers to senior managers.
It contains 3 separate tests – Work Interests, Motivation and Personality and produces 15 pages of results with a full PDF report which you can print out. You can use Career Ladder as often as you like (for your personal use) and store your results to compare them over time or share them with your friends or careers advisor.
